Modernise your building sensibly
Would you like to reduce energy costs, improve comfort or use an upcoming modernisation to improve your building's energy performance? Renovation advice helps you understand suitable measures and how they fit together.
I analyse the energy performance of your building and develop proposals that take into account your wishes, your budget and your long-term goals for the property.

Full renovation or a step-by-step approach
For a full renovation, we look at the building envelope and building services together. You receive an assessment of suitable measures, expected costs, possible savings and achievable energy standards.
If you would like to modernise your home gradually, we work out a sensible order of measures. This way, later steps can already be taken into account in the first modernisation.
Which approach suits you and which options I work out are set out in the agreed scope of advice.
The steps of the consultation
Survey of the building
I record relevant building data and look at the roof, exterior walls, windows, basement ceiling and heating system, among other things. Existing building documents and modernisations already carried out are taken into account.
Analysis and proposals
I examine possible improvements and coordinate measures for the building envelope and building services. Expected costs and potential savings help you weigh up the options.
Discussing the results
I explain the recommendations and how they relate to each other. You receive a basis for deciding on the next steps.

Costs
The fee depends on your building, the available documents and the agreed scope of services. Any additional work is agreed in advance.
Plan your next renovation steps
